1. How long does someone need to decorate their hat?
The average person takes about 15 minutes. If we pre-decorate hats for your guests they spend less time. Fully decorated hats can be available for "grab and go."

2. Do the men decorate too?
Absolutely! We cater our activity for the audience, that includes men. We bring hats and decorations that appeal to men and their hobbies.

3. How much space do you need?
This depends on the size of group and how much time you have allotted for this activity. We look at your venue and design a floor plan that fits your space and needs.

4. How far in advance do I need to order my hats?
The more time you can give us to prepare, the better. For large events we would like 3 months' notice, but if you have less time, give us a call. We've been known to work magic.

5. What size do your hats come in?
Our hats are adjustable to fit everyone.

6. Do we have to use your staff?
No, you can order all the materials you need in a Party in a Box. If this is your first time ordering or you have a large event, we recommend our artistic staff. If you have us run your event, we handle all the details and provide a beautiful set-up as well as our creative energy to assist your guests. To work within your budget, you can supplement our staff with your local staff.

7. How many hats should I order for my group?
At least 80% of adults will want to participate, although we do many parties with 100% participation. 100% of the kids will always want to participate.

8. How long does it take to set-up?
It depends on the size of the event and how many people are setting up. We like to arrive with plenty of time to do a nice set-up. Even with events as small as 150 people, we like to have 4 hours. If there is less time to setup we use more staff to assist us.
