Have a Party Hats Pavilion!

Party Hats Entertainment is an exciting, interactive event activity that is fun for people of all ages. Our Pavilion Experience brings smiles and laughter to brighten up your party with this outrageous arts activity. Guests make, wear and keep the incredible hat creations. Sponsors love to get in on the act so everyone can have a “Free Party Hat”.

Our proposal includes an event fee, the supply cost, travel, shipping and anything else you request for your festival, and is customized for your approval. For our Premier Event Programs (pre-made hats with deluxe decorations kits), please refer to our special event 2006 rate sheet. Our Festival Pavilion Experience can put-thru 250 guests per hour. All programs will rely on a volunteer team to join in the fun of helping the guests make the gorgeous party hats.

• 20 decorated theme hats for your staff: $25/hat
• Additional charges for round trip transportation for two
Party Hats artists from San Diego to your location, hotel and
F&B per diem, car rental and shipping.
• Decorated hats available for advanced promotion
• Our entertainers can be available for TV promotions, in-studio or at the event site to promote the festival and/or sponsors
